I-80 fire: Fast-moving flames near mouth of Parleys Canyon cause Salt Lake City traffic delays

A fast-moving brush fire Monday afternoon has closed a well-traveled connection between Interstate 80 and Interstate 215 at the mouth of Parleys Canyon, causing major delays during rush hour.
