Central Utah Correctional Facility on lockdown after an inmate reportedly assaulted an officer

The Central Utah Correctional Facility and Utah State Correction Facility in Gunnison are under lockdown after an officer was assaulted by an inmate Thursday, the Department of Corrections said.
