Since opening inside Grid City Beer Works back in early 2025, Drunken Kitchen has been one of the most unique restaurants in Salt Lake with a focus on food you can’t find anywhere else in Utah. Weekends fill up fast. People drive in from Provo. Some come down from Wyoming. The handmade dan dan noodles and potstickers have earned a following, and Tim Rammell was named one of the best chefs in Salt Lake City. There is just one thing the full service restaurant has never been able to offer: a seat to anyone under 21.
