Salt Lake City was cited for weeds on land it owns in Millcreek days before mowing there sparked apartments fire

Days before a large fire left two Millcreek apartment buildings uninhabitable and displaced 40 residents, Salt Lake City was cited for overgrown weeds in the field where the blaze began, a Millcreek official said.
